Ordering Terms & Conditions of Use
Orders
Orders can be easily placed directly through Innovators West or through one of our many qualified dealers.
Credit cards accepted include: Discover, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Kansas residents will be charged 7.05% sales tax on all orders.
Shipping charges will be added to all orders. See below for more information on shipping options.
All purchases are subject to product availability. Any item not in stock will be placed on back order and shipped as soon as it becomes available. Backorders will not be charged until the day of shipment.
Credit Card Fraud
In order to protect our customers against credit card fraud, all credit card purchases are subject to full verification.
Payment by Check
To make payment by check, money order, or cashier's check, please contact us by phone. Do not mail a check to us until we contact you and confirm the total amount. Additional shipping charges may apply for some oversized items. We will contact you with the correct total amount for the check. Personal checks are held for 12 days prior to shipping.

Fax
Orders may be faxed to us at 785-825-2973. While faxed orders are received 24/7, they are processed only during normal business hours.
Back Orders
Backordered products will be shipped as soon as possible, unless we are otherwise directed when you place the order. Credit cards will not be charged for back ordered items until the product is available for shipment.
Special Orders
Special orders must be prepaid and are not returnable or refundable.
Prices
Prices are subject to change without notice. The prices charged will be those prevailing at the time of shipment. Product specification and design, availability, and pricing are all subject to change without notice.
Product Changes
Innovators West reserves the unconditional right to change the design, materials, specifications, and suppliers of any product without incurring any liability or obligation to the purchasers of any such product.
Shipping
Standard practice is to ship all orders via UPS Ground within 48 hours of receiving them. Two additional UPS shipping options are available though: "Next Business Day" (red label) and "2nd Business Day" (blue label). To receive the fastest service, place your order by phone BEFORE 2:00 PM Central Time. We will inform you at that time if same day shipment is possible.
Post Office Boxes
Shipment to a PO Box is not available.
Damaged Merchandise
Merchandise damaged in transit is the sole responsibility of the carrier. Innovators West inspects all merchandise prior to shipment and packages it securely. All shipments are F.O.B. Salina, KS. It is your responsiblility to inspect the shipment completely, while the driver is present, and have him/her note any damages. If damages are found after delivery, call the carrier immediately for an inspection. DO NOT return any damaged parts to Innovators West. If you do, the carrier may not honor your claim and the loss will become the responsibility of the customer. We can assist with the filing of any damage claims.
Return and Exchange Policy
All items except Special Orders can be returned within 30 days of the original date of purchase. Items being returned or exchanged will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All items returned must be in perfect, "new" condition, and in the original packaging. Items that have been installed are not eligible for return or exchange. It is your responsibility to package all returned merchandise well enough to prevent damage during the return shipment. Do not expect the original packaging to survive being shipped twice.
To initiate a return or exchange, call Innovators West at 785-825-6166. Packages WILL NOT be accepted without prior authorization. All returns must include a copy of the original invoice and return shipping must be prepaid. CODs are NOT accepted.
Innovators West is not responsible for any installation labor charges on products which are damaged, defective, or ordered in error.
Warranty
Parts manufactured by Innovators West are intended for off-road or competition use only, and are sold "as is" without any warranty whatsoever. Implied warranties of merchantability or fitness, etc., are also excluded. The entire risk as to quality and performance is with the buyer. Should such accessories prove defective, the buyer assumes the entire cost of all necessary service and repair.
We have properly presented the required pre-sale notification of our warranty terms. We are neither liable nor responsible for ascertaining whether those terms have been read by our customers.
Warning
Do not install any Innovators West product if you do not feel competent at installing the product without causing present or future injury to yourself or others. If necessary, consult a professional installer.
